Mindfulness is the ability to be aware of our thoughts, feelings and actions in the present moment. It is a practice, a commitment, to becoming more aware of our Selves: our needs, our responses and reactions, our habits and tendencies.
And why put all that effort in? It’s really about transformation. To take what who we are now and evolve. To transform current habits and beliefs into something that will serve us and the greater world in even more beautiful and constructive ways.
I work with mindfulness in all aspects of my work but especially with coaching. I may ask simple yet effective questions to help you dig deeper and experience an issue from another perspective. We may practice tools to support mindfulness, like breath work and meditation in session.
